龚心如历年经历

* 王德辉祖籍浙江温州，王家几代经商，40年代初举家搬到上海发展，王德辉和龚如心自小是玩伴（40年代初）

* 龚如心在春天由上海到香港，同年秋天与王德辉结婚（1955年）

* 60年代初，王德辉开始经营地产，夫妻共同合作（1960年代）

* 夫妇创办华懋集团，从事地产买卖，70年代初华懋集团成香港最大私营地产商之一（1979年）

* 80年代华懋发展如日中天，王德辉遭绑架，支付1,100万美元赎金后获释放（1983年）

* 王德辉再遭绑架，尽管龚如心支付了的巨额金，但自此丈夫失踪（1990年）

* 丈年失踪三年后龚如心活跃商界（1993年）

* 龚如心宣布投资100亿元兴建楼高518米的“如心广场”（1994年）

* 王德辉父亲王廷歆在报章刊发登寻儿启事，并入禀高院争产（1997年5月）　

* 王廷歆入禀高院指王德辉已死，要求法庭确认王德辉所立以他为遗产受益人的遗嘱有效（1997年5月26日）

* 王廷歆程序犯错，上诉庭将诉讼剔除（1999年1月14日）

* 王廷歆龚如心为王德辉下落出庭应讯，初次正面对决（1999年9月8日）

* 高院批准王廷歆宣誓指王德辉已死（1999年9月22日）

* 龚如心与家翁争产案高院颁令，委派会计师暂时托管过去由龚如心管理的王德辉遗产，直至诉讼完结为止（2000年3月16日）

* “如心广场”计划泡汤，大厦设计影响飞机航道，最高只可建324米，龚如心将地盘一分为二，建一幢纯酒店和一幢商业酒店两用大厦（2000年6月19日）

* 王廷歆入禀高院要求从被法院“冻结”的王德辉遗产中拨出生活费（2000年8月）
